Vinacas just adjust the plans to export the whole year 2012 in the direction of cashew kernel exports in 2012 to about 190,000 tons, worth about $ 1.3 billion U.S

This is the second time Vinacas changes to your plan on the grounds that, according to the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development (MARD), in 9 months of 2012, Vietnam exported 160,000 tons of cashew kernels, the value is 1 08 billion, as planned that Vinacas each adjust the time between this year.

In early 2012, Vinacas aims to export around 150,000 tons, worth about $ 1.5 billion. However, due to difficulties in the output market, especially the European market, one of the three export markets of Vietnam should Vinacas adjust export plans of the year is 150,000 tons, the value obtained of more than 1 billion U.S. dollars. But now, only 9 months worth of income for items that achieve more than 1 billion U.S. dollars so new Vinacas one more time to adjust their plans.

Vinacas Secretary said Dang Hoang Giang, expected in the last three months of the year due to lack of raw cashew exports at 10,000 tonnes / month. As such, it exports about 190,000 tons, an increase of more than 60,000 tons more than in 2011 but worth about $ 1.3 billion, down $ 200 million compared with 2011. However, Vietnam still ranks exporter of cashew nut ranked in the world from 2006 to the present.

For more than a week, the price of the export market continued to increase, reaching nearly U.S. $ 3.2 / kg for WW320, up nearly 30 cents / kg. Vinacas forecast in the coming months, the price will increase in the near future.
